Luzon South Jurisdiction’s Walk For Life

The Luzon South State Jurisdiction of the Knights of Columbus in the Philippines, led by LSD and KCFAPI Corporate Secretary Ramoncito A. Ocampo, held its annual Walk for Life on March 25, 2017 at Antipolo City, which started with an early celebration of the Holy Eucharist at the Immaculate Concepcion Parish (Antipolo Cathedral)

At 6:00 in the morning, participants marched from the cathedral to the Ynares Sports Center to commence the event with a culminating program at the Ynares Sports Center. The activity was participated in by approximately 3,000 brother knights and supporters to express their continuing support to the Order’s principled advocacy of valuing human life in all its stages.

Participants from the Dioceses of Antipolo, Caloocan, Manila, Paranaque, Imus to as far as the Dioceses of San Pablo and Lipa, Columbian Squires, Daughters of Mary Immaculate, KCFAPI, and Honor Guards belonging to the Fourth Degree assemblies in Districts 4, 16 and 17 of the Ferdinand Magellan Province joined the event and exemplified their unity with the Order. This year’s Walk for Life was hosted by the District Deputies of the Diocese of Antipolo.
